strong radio rise of XTE J1859+226 電波でも急増光中のようです。 Date: Sat, 16 Oct 1999 21:39:15 -0600 From: "Robert M. (Bob) Hjellming" <rhjellmi@aoc.nrao.edu> Subject: strong radio rise of XTE J1859+226 Collegues, From Oct. 16.1 UT to Oct. 16.94 UT the XTE J1859+226 radio counterpart went from a few mJy (for the last VLA observation) to 110 and 70 mJy at 2.3 and 8.3 GHz as seen by the GBI. This eclipses the puny 11 mJy peak event we have been following for almost the last week and portends much more actively which is somehow related to the jump from 0.7 Crab to about 1.4 Crab over roughly the same period. I have a beggin request out for a VLA look tomorrow, but it is the weekend and depends on an observer who may not even notice my request. However, this new event is strong enough for the GBI data to tells us roughly what is going on in the radio. Cheers, Bob
