I can get only the title from ADS, but the coordinate is nearly > identical with the report from Alex. According to Astron. Tsirk. 1550, the authors found during the course of examination of previous materials. The new object was found on two photographs taken at Sanglok Institute. They examined the POSS and the reported the absence of the object at the corresponding position. They also noted that (quasi?)simultaneous photograph taken at Sternberg was too small in scale to resolve the object from the galaxy. If this report referred to the same "true nucleus" as suggested, the reported offset from the "apparent nucleus" is different (the 1989 report refers to the south). I may have misread somewhat, since the most of the text was written in Russian. The other variable discovered by these authors is: 231839.8 +051704 (2000.0) NSV26057 VAR: 15.: - R - Regards, Taichi Kato
