From CCD image and DSS images taken at 1987-1993, no large proper
motion cannot be found for HadV62 = USNO 0600.34669000 (183218.31
-263013.3).  I guess it is identical to V1901 Sgr (12.3 - 16.1 P).  
The period (142.6 days) can explain the brightening on 1996 Aug, 1998
March (4 periods later) and 2000 Jun (more 3 periods later).

= USNO 0600.34663329 is somewhat dim in Bj image.
