What about the 2000 (i.e. recent Kyoto) images?

I feel the identity of HadV62 and V1901 Sgr is established. The main
source of discrepancy apparently came from 1) the distortion of Hoffleit's
hand-written chart and 2) the apparent blue color in Tycho-2.
The first reason was unavoidable, since the chart was to simply show
the relation among the neibouring stars. But what was the cause of such
a blue color (and apparent lack of variability, small quoted errors)
in Tycho-2?
