HadV89 is not only in UCAC at "CCD red" 12.1 as previously noted, but also
in GSC 2.2 [note V mag is a photographic plate mag here] :

"Vmag" 16.86 (0.44) [Mean Epoch" 1996.702148
The Vmag of 16.9 marks a new lower limit in a passband that approximates
both V and v.
