   The original discovery article was in AN 216, 159 (not 216, 150).
The original position was 15h 32.0m +62o 50' (1855.0).  This is likely an
eye estimate from the BD chart.  Other stars discovered at the same time
(31.1921 = XY Cas, 34.1921 = VZ Dra) having several arcmin positional
errors, it doesn't seem unlikely the coordinates of VX Dra had a degree
of error which makes the identification of VX Dra and FU Dra plausible.

   FU Dra (=VX Dra?) is a NLTT high proper motion star.  mu=0.225 arcsec/yr.
And is also G224-73 (mu=0.30).
