Dear Dr. Kato,

An error of several minutes is not quite the same as a degree error. IT IS
MUCH SAFER TO HAVE A LOST OBJECT IN THE CATALOG THAN TO IDENTIFY TWO
OBJECTS WITHOUT CERTAINTY. Don't let us, for the time being, call FU Dra
VX Dra.

Best regards
Kolya
