[vsnet-const 16] Re: V351 Cyg

I humbly apologize for this error. For GSC cross-id I used
Megastar 4.0, which shows real (=Schmidt's) V351 Cyg as GSC
3575 01926. Megastar also doesn't know GSC identifier
3575.06022! When using GUIDE, all was OK. Now I know what
software to use in future :-))
