[vsnet-const 15] re V351 Cyg

That's around 20 _arcmin_ north [and a bit east] of GCVS V351 Cyg
position!!!

Checking Schmidt's paper via NASA ADS, including his chart and his text
comments, & using CDS Aladin server with SIMBAD links, & Guide 7, to
check GCVS position V351 Cyg field, it is more likely the star is GSC
3575 06022.

ie V351 Cyg is GSC 3575 06022 given Schmidt's details.

This is amongst a field of nebulosity.

[GSC 3575 01926 observation would have led to confirmation of
constancy!  Then again, it could always be a secret variable ;-) ]
