My experience is very similar. I found myself unknowingly subscribed to VSNET e-mails, and as a result, my e-mail inbox is flooded every day with unwanted e-mails. I have tried every form of "unsubscribe" I can think of, to include following the instructions on the VSNET webpage, but to no avail. I also tried e-mailing the list managers, and this did not work, either. Apparently, VSNET excels in sending messages around and out, but no one really reads them back "at the head office". Several list subscribers suggested ways to become "unsubscribed", but none of these worked (but I thank those respondents for trying to be of help). Anyone else out there have the information needed to unsubscribe from the various VSNET messages? I know I'm spamming everyone else on this list, so please accept my apologies -- but I could use some help! -----Original Message----- From: owner-vsnet-chat@ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp [mailto:owner-vsnet-chat@ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp] On Behalf Of sanjay sharma Sent: Thursday, January 16, 2003 11:57 AM To: Michael Koppelman; vsnet-chat@ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp Subject: [vsnet-chat 5890] Re: The Negative Effects of the VSNET Email Policies/Reply I had same experience.
