  If any message is not delivered within a hour or so (the initial
delivery usually takes less than 10 min if there is no problem),
that would be a signature of a potential problem.  In such a case,
please send the message again to the list to see the response
(could be a hardware/network failure!).  In the second message is
not delivered, please send it to me personally.  (As informed
earlier, the main network of the university is progressively
replaced in this year; there could be always a chance of unexpected
network disconnection or hardware failure.  Please be patient!)
