[vsnet-chat 5493] V838 Mon Light Echo

In an attempt to measure the expansion of the V838 Mon light echo, I have taken a second Ic band image on 09/03/02 (http://hometown.aol.com/dwest61506/page18.html). When I blink compared it with my first image on 8/26/02 (http://members.aol.com/dwest61506/page5.html) I wasn't able to discern a change. Per Arne Henden, the change is only 0.1" per day. With my 3.4" pixels I probably shouldn't have expected much change. I will image the field next week and see if a change is apparent.
