Perhaps you could suggest what we should do in these cases. If our reports
are not online in the few moments or minutes they usually are posted, should
we forward the observations to you with a note regarding the trouble? This
might eliminate some of the duplications, but could become a full time job
for you replying and forwarding messages when there are problems!
Any other suggestions?
