[vsnet-chat 5490] Re: Delays in message delivery

   The delay was caused by a combination of several unexpected troubles,
including a batch of spams which almost blocked everything and put
messages down in the lowest queue.  I have been trying to recover the
system intermittently for these days, and the recent delivery of old
messages is a result of manual flushing of the queue.
