MV Lyr rising

  The VY Scl-type star MV Lyr is reported to be steadily rising, now
approaching to the pre-fading level.  This brightness was only reached
in 1997 July-August brighteing (mv=13.3).  Before the current fading episode,
the object was last observed in high state in 1994 (mv=12.5).
