J. Arimoto and K. Tanabe observed NGC3021 through V,R, and I filters at Nov. 3.8 (UT) using a 50-cm reflector at Osaka Kyoiku University. Six CCD images in each band were obtained. Preliminary measurements were performed using an aperture photometry routine. A star (GSC mag = 14.1) which is at 19" East and 12" North of the nucleus is used as the reference star. SN 1995al is apparently 1.2 +/- 0.05 mag brighter in the V band than the reference star. Thus, the SN is around 12.9 mag. K. Sadakane (Osaka kyoiku University)
