In "[vsnet-alert 260] potential ALEXIS transient" we made a quick report of a possible ALEXIS transient in which we requested follow-up observations. This note will update what is currently known about the EUV emission observed. At 10:30 UT 2 Nov, 1995, the ALEXIS satellite observed enhance emission in it's 66 ev telescope at the position: Coordinates (2000) R.A. 22 40 48.36 Dec 43 13 07.68 error circle 0.5 degrees. The outburst continued until about 20 UT 2 Nov at which time it appeared to turn-off in the EUV. Subsequent data does not show any additional EUV emission from this location. The decay was an approximate exponential with a 5.5 hour time constant. Using other EUV sources in the detector FOV, we can refine the position to be Coordinates (2000) R.A. 22 42 24 Dec 42 57 43 error +/- 0.25 degrees. I am grateful for Iida-san's quick response. I would appreciate copies of his and any additional data that might be collected at this location. The observer will be first contacted for permission to use the observations and then credited for the observations if they are used in publications.
