Dear all,
Thank you very much for attentioning my request for the keeping
VSNET format in SN observation reports. As noted on
http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/etc/format.html (which is
somewhat obsolete in "observed time" field ;-) ), it is only a
recommendation, but is very appropriate to reduce daily work of
consuming vsnet-adm members.
I have to add some about "The name of observer" columns. I wrote:
>NNNN: The name of observer. If you have your code, you can place it

, in which "your code" means the 3-letter observer's code used only in
VSNET. It is not a 3-digit code on MPC, nor an AAVSO observer initial.
The codes for regular observers can perhaps be found in vsnet-cvcirc,
but you don't know your code or is a occasional observer, please write
your name.
# I think I am a very occasional reporter, so I was very surprised
# that I come to know that I have VSNET-code as HAO ;-).
Sincerely Yours,
