My three measures were on 950405, 950605 and 950606, so over a timespan
of about two months. The two stars show no variability, and are
essentially the same visual magnitude (+/- 0.02mag):
V B-V
AAVSO 158 15.674 0.616
star NE 15.624 0.548
They also appear about the same brightness on the Downes, et al. finding
chart (see http://icarus.stsci.edu/~downes/cvcat). It looks like the
star NE was just omitted from the preliminary AAVSO chart; it may have fallen
underneath the label for the 158 star. Remember, preliminary means just that.
