Regarding "VSNET Mira circluars" (two series are available, 10-day average
for the recent three months and 1-month average for the recent 1 year),
an example can be followed by starting with the URL:

   http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/mira33000/msg00007.html

This is the latest 1-year summary covering 1998 September to 1999 August.
The summary is composed of several parts; press "Prev" buttons several times
to get later parts. These bulletins are usually published near the beginning
of every month, and 10-day summaries are around 5, 15, 25 of every month.
You may search them starting with the vsnet-digest page:

   http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/vsnet-digest/maillist.html

With these bulletins, observers can easily find which stars are entering
the visibility of the telescope, or which stars are in need of more
observations. (And there are mailing lists to provided daily information...)

Regards,
Taichi Kato
