Dear colleagues, I have just finished analysing my June 05/06, 2003 CCD observations of GO Com. During a 4.1 hours observing session, superhumps with an amplitude of 0.25 mag were clearly present. Using the PDM technique, I derived a superhump period of 0.0635 +/- 0.0003 d, a value that is consistent with earlier reportings. I have posted an image of the GO Com light curve on my web site (www.cbabelgium.com), and have included some background information on GO Com outbursts from the past. One of them, in 1995, is most notably since it consisted of 3 separate outbursts, detected over a time span of about 1 month. See the article on my web site for more information. Kind regards, Tonny Vanmunster CBA Belgium Observatory www.cbabelgium.com PS : contrary to the weather forecast, the sky currently is not clear over Belgium, but I still have good hopes on an improvement in the next hour or so.
