Continuing discussion on this object, I have observed this field several times for calibration purposes. On three of those occasions the 155 comp star was in the field of view. The photometry for those three nights: HJD V B-V verr bverr 51761.9670 15.908 0.389 0.011 0.016 51789.9487 15.518 0.335 0.005 0.006 52903.6549 15.899 0.447 0.013 0.014 The star apears to be variable, and has colors similar to an RR Lyr variable. If so, I would not be surprised to find that its maximum is considerably brighter. Michael and Mike S., are you absolutely sure that you did not observe this star rather than something further south?
