XTE J1118+480 slight decline?
From recent data observed at Kyoto, XTE J1118+480 shows
slight decline.
**** Recent nightly averaged Kyoto data ****
UT mag data num. (30s exp.)
Apr. 17.67 12.88 690
25.51 12.92 405
May 3.61 12.92 712
5.58 12.93 465
7.64 12.96 60
8.56 12.95 525
From last night observation, the hump becomes clear, indicating
the amplitude of short-time fluctuation becomes small and
the amplitude of 0.17d hump becomes large (about 0.1 mag).
The slower rise and faster decline are seen in the last night hump
which is different from recent superhump-like feature.
The hump profile has strangely changed since the end of April.
The time-series photometry for more than 4 hours is strongly urged.
