This rushing to get things done causes errors.  The above is an incorrect
quote of the Ryle Telescope position for the radio counterpart.  It
actually was

J2000     18 58 42  +22 39 10     with at least 30" uncertainty in declination

compared to the IAUC 7276 position of

J2000     18 58 41.58, +22 39 29.4.

Sorry if I induced any confusion.
