We have just sent in the following submission to the IAU Circulars.

This is a probably even more spectacular than CI Cam, so spectroscopy and
every other kind of X-ray, optical, IR, and radio observation that
is possible are urgently needed in case it is as short-lived as CI Cam.
We continue VLA observations tomorrow (and as ofter as possible thereafter)
and will argue strongly for VLBA observations as soon as possible.

It was put on the GBI monitoring program today, but, with the error
in the Simbad position that we used, good numbers for daily GBI observations
will not be possible until an improved position is used in the program for
tomorrow.
