WZ Sge: new data and nightly averaged magnitudes Dear Colleagues, We have received new data from K. Morikawa, T. Hynek, M. Moilanen, T. Vanmunster, J. Pietz, and our new data at Kyoto and Ouda. The data depict all the recent important changes (second rebrightening, deveolpment of superhumps and their progressive phase shift, eclipses). We are undertaking in more elaborate time-series analysis. We have also put on the VSNET WZ Sge page the most recent summary of the light curve. (Phase-averaged curves will appear later). As a guide to observers, we summarize updated preliminary nightly averaged magnitudes (some data esp. around the "dip" and the latest data have not been yet incorporated, as earlier described). mid-UT V-C err N --------------------------------- 20010723.774 0.087 0.012 1665 20010724.704 -0.469 0.002 3906 20010725.610 -0.216 0.002 5947 20010726.686 -0.063 0.002 1848 20010727.588 0.099 0.001 8387 20010728.686 0.318 0.002 3985 20010729.515 0.410 0.001 5754 20010730.667 0.571 0.001 5317 20010731.636 0.687 0.001 6043 20010801.630 0.777 0.001 9442 20010802.470 0.900 0.002 2379 20010803.664 0.988 0.000 7394 20010804.614 1.093 0.001 5275 20010805.529 1.144 0.001 6853 20010806.464 1.177 0.002 2800 20010807.493 1.255 0.002 1976 20010808.513 1.306 0.001 3293 20010809.632 1.352 0.002 2079 20010810.567 1.449 0.001 3265 20010811.516 1.565 0.001 8618 20010812.518 1.698 0.001 3530 20010813.563 1.819 0.001 6400 20010814.637 1.884 0.001 5135 20010815.478 1.925 0.001 6066 20010816.471 2.100 0.001 5065 20010817.589 3.004 0.005 2479 20010818.616 3.674 0.004 1709 20010819.604 3.797 0.004 1549 20010820.468 3.842 0.008 724 First dip minimum 20010821.595 2.869 0.014 1423 First rebrightening 20010822.579 2.725 0.002 8816 20010823.580 3.408 0.001 10648 <- nightly observation number record! 20010824.391 2.576 0.009 1431 Second rebrightening Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
