Astrometry would be appreciated. New AAVSO charts slated for release in
October.

Notes:

1. There are three additional bright stars in this field with accurate
Tycho-2 photometry:

      19h 10m 08.3 +29d 07' 26"  9.46+/-0.02
      19h 10m 38.9 +28d 59' 24" 10.22+/-0.04
      19h 10m 30.2 +28d 59' 21" 10.46+/-0.04

2. This preliminary single night sequence is expected to have errors of
+/-0.02 mag.

3. The variable has not been found in quiescence, but there is a faint
magnitude 19 object at the D&S position, which is given in the title block
above.
