AW Sge outburst image from Lew Cook

Dear Colleagues,

   Lew Cook has just sent us a combined CCD image of AW Sge.  The image
has been posted to the following ftp directory.

   This image shows that AW Sge is at least as bright as in the 2000
superoutburst, see

   The present brightness seems to suggest a superoutburst!  Further
detailed photometry is very encouraged!
