Hi Mike, I am sure You are observing the 155 (B-V=0.3) comp star. It is easy to see in comparison with the 153 (B-V=0.7) due to the color index. My estimate is: GSC 1176:1375 030922.906 15.1 DPV 14.8-2V1-15.3 So my opinion is that Your discovery is not an OT but new variable star!
