   If the supposed decline follows that of a typical GRB afterglow,
the OT should be seen on a Keck images are a distinct stellar source
(the decay rate should decrease with time).  Perhaps the transient
object may be of different nature from a GRB afterglow, although
all possibilities apparently need to be examined.
