To try to shed a little light on the nature of MisV1147 I took Arne Henden's photometry and related the colors to stellar spectral classes. Henden Photometry (mv1147.dat, http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/) from 12/14/2002 V=13.365, B-V=0.814,U-B=0.087, V-R=0.558, R-I=0.628 Equating the photometry to spectral type yields: From Table 2.1 "Color Indices and Temperatures for Main Sequence Stars" in Astronomical Photometry by A. Henden and R. Kaitchuck. B-V implies K0 spectral type U-B implies A5 or G0 spectral type From M.S. Bessell, PASP, 91:589-607, October 1979 V-Ic=1.186 implies K4V or K2III These colors are not consistent with a single star which leads credence to the possibility previously discussed that this is a binary system.
