[vsnet-newvar 546] New Bernhard variable (BeV55)

Dear colleagues!

I would like to send you observations of a new variable star (BeV55),
which I have discovered in a systematic CCD-based search for new
variables.
In each observing run typically 400 images are taken of several survey
fields.
The frames are processed automatically.

Instruments:
CCD-camera:Starlight Xpress SX (unfiltered)
Telescope: Celestron-8 (20 cm Schmidt-Cassegrain)

New variable star:
new BeV55 200113.8 +040129.6 (J2000) 11.6 11.8 (CCD) SR

comments:
BeV55: GSC 502 710
Comparison star was for all measurements GSC 502 2024 (12.2 mag),
which was checked to be constant.
The apparently slow change in brightness and the red colour
(USNO A2.0 r:11.4 mag, b:14.1 mag) suggest a SR-variable.
