New variable star discovery by the MISAO Project (MisV0851).

It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

The magnitude are measured automatically by the PIXY system. Image
observers' names are noted after "Mis", except for ones taken by
KenIchi Kadota.
