  I have also confused between V2295 Oph and V2293 Oph.  Summery:

V2295 Oph: Classical nova  17:25:06.4 -23:11:11 (J2000.0)
V2293 Oph: X-ray nova      17:19:36.9 -25:01:04 (J2000.0)

Thanks for the note about V2295 Oph.  I guess I confused the classical
nova Oph 1993 with the x-ray nova Oph 1993!  I have updated the
entry to show the correct values.

As for V2293 Oph, since it was originally classified as an x-ray
nova, it has never been in my catalog.
