     I have just looked in the printed NSV, where this identification is
made explcitly.  Thus:

NSV 12270 = Hen 2-442 = PN G061.8+02.1 = IRAS 19376+2622

'Best' current position is from 2MASS:  19 39 43.36  +26 29 33.0 (J2000)
as quoted previously, and is the position adopted by Munari & Zwitter.
