     Although I have not checked primary sources, SIMBAD identifies Hen 2-442
with the planetary nebula PN G061.8+02.1 at:  19 39 43.36 +26 29 33.0 (J2000).
Apparently this comes from the Munari & Zwitter spectrophotometric atlas
2002A&A...383..188M.
     This is sufficiently far from the nominal NSV 12270 position that they
may not be related.
