Is NSV 03549 = GSC 2452 1847?
or is it the other close star GSC 2452 1796?
B1950 coordinates for NSV 03549 from the online NSV supplement are
07 18 57 +30 56 12.
However, it seems there is a reference from
A. Stanley Williams, Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 82,
416, 1922 that has created some confusion.
