It looks as though the source position was precessed incorrectly:
the eq 1950 position shown in SIMBAD (at least) is actually the eq 2000 place.
The best current position seems to be from 2MASS:
EM* StHA 169 = NSV 12466: 19 49 57.58 +46 15 20.6 (J2000)
USNO-A2.0, GSC-2.2, and USNO-B1.0 all show red magnitudes of about 13.
I will send a correction to the Strasbourg folks.
