[vsnet-id 595] GCVS errors for CVs

The following are corrected positions for CVs which differ from the GCVS
listings.
They are all from the Sumner sequences at
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/sumner/

This is not all of them. I've only made it to Perseus in the new chart
project. I will send the rest as work progresses.
