Well, I found that the 2MASS positions researched by Kato-san are not
formatted in the single policy. Some are truncated, but some are
rounded.

A truncated example is in [vsnet-newvar 884].

  2MASS 195812.780 +355032.51 (2000.0) 9.281 8.117 7.532

The original R.A. is 299.553253 deg = 19h58m12s.78072. So in this
case, the R.A. is truncated.

A rounded example is in [vsnet-newvar 897].

  2MASS 200209.744 +355012.47 (2000.0) 5.826 0.000 0.000

The original R.A. is 300.540599 deg = 20h02m09s.74375. So in this
case, the R.A. is rounded.

P.S.
Now I know the regular designation of 2MASS object is to be truncated
into "0123456+012345" style.

Best regards,
