The reference in question is W.P. Bidelman and D.J. McConnell, 1973, AJ,
78, 687. The star now known as NSV 12041 appears in Table VIII (p. 728).
called "M-type Mira Variables". The only relevant information not covered
by the GCVS is the remark "0.04 Min. W of BD -21 5395".
