IRAS error ellipse can be often underestimated (should not be too relied
upon when reporting identifications...)
In the present case, the positional difference between IRAS PSC/SSC and
FSC exceeds the above value. Since the statistics of IRAS FSC is usually
considered better, the identification with the red BD star looks plausible.
