RX Com identification
Thanks to Timo Kunnunen (and H. Yamaoka for decoding the image) and
Brian Skiff, the chart in Tssevich and Kazanasmas's variable star atlas
(1971) has unambiguously shown the following star is the genuine variable.
(And the chart in PZ 22, 421 has shown to be highly distorted...)
GSC1450.338 125859.71 +151121.1 (2000.0) 12.61 1
USNO1050.06922030 125859.702 +151121.16 (2000.0) 12.1 15.0
This star is what was observed by Mukai et al., and excludes the
possibility of a CV.
Regards,
Taichi Kato
