Subject: Visual Magnitude Estimate of N. Cas 1993

Dear Taichi,

I'm setting this observation to you from my home, so that the data will
be a little more current.

On December 16.04 (UT) 1993, I estimated N. Cas 1993's magnitude at
6.6, using comparison stars of magnitudes 6.4, 6.2, and 6.6 from the
AAVSO Variable Star Atlas.  The observations were made using 5 cm
binoculars with a magnification of 7.
