Synopsis:  High pressure over the Atlantic together with an upper
level trough of low pressure over the Gulf of Mexico will bring
generally northeast winds and low level clouds.

At the opening of the launch window at 4:27 a.m. on Thursday the
forecast is:


Clouds:   4/10-7/10 scattered to broken stratocumulus at 4,500 ft

Visibility: 7 miles or greater

Wind - Pad 39B: ENE/8-14 knots

Temperature:  70 degrees

Dewpoint:     63 degrees

Humidity:     79%

Precipitation: slight chance of scattered showers

Other weather concerns: chance of ceiling below 8,000 feet
