This transient was discovered with GRO in 1992 August and a new outburst was reported (see IAUC 5842). From the similarity of spectra and time variability, this source is considered to be a group of black hole candidates, Cyg X-1 and hard X-ray transients (see e.g., A&A 273,L11). To allocate GRO J0422+32 into observation, we will modify the timeline of the week for August 23-31 as shown in the following. The North-East pointing of the supernova remnant SN1006 is slipped to the week of September 6-12 and NGC 3147 which is allocated in the week currently will be moved to the span in October. We will allocate about 30 ksec for the observation of GRO J0422+32 and will spend the rest time (about 10 ksec) for the test and calibration of the ACS (attitude control system) which has been requested for long time by Inoue and Kii. Other targets of the week are kept as they are in the previous timeline.
