subject: RE:Possible DSN in N4856
Dr. Gerard de Vaucouleurs,
One of our observers could take a CCD image tonight.
NGC4856 1993/06/17 21:31 JST
60cm ref F6 / exp 60sec / no filtered CCD (star-1)
Obs. Y.Fujita (EHIME,Kuma Kogen Astronomical.Obs.)
SN? = 15.1 +- 0.02 mag (Stand. Dev.)
He comments that the star is located 8.4 arcsec from the nuclues,
direction SSE. It is not clear whether it is a new object or not, but
is neither apparently moving nor varying.

Taichi Kato
