Sir Dr. Hurst,

     I have asked the discoverer of Nova Aql and S. Kiyota about the
object you suspected.  M. Yamamoto replies that he could find no new
object brighter than mag 11 in the 4 deg x 4 deg field of Nova Aql 1993
on May 26.622.  He suspect it to be NGC 6760, which is clearly visible
on his films.
