This is an announcement of a queue scheduling pilot program which will
run this summer from mid-July to mid-September. Three telescopes will
be scheduled for about two weeks each during this time, and will be used
to obtain observations for approved programs. The telescope/instrument
combinations are the 2.1m/GoldCam (Cass Spectrograph with 3K CCD), the
0.9m/T2KA (a thinned Tektronix 2K X 2K CCD giving a 20 arcminute field,
and the coude feed/camera5/grating A/T2KB (0.35A resolution, 330A coverage,
central wavelengths from 4500A to 8500A). Applications will be accepted
by e-mail only - on a simple form which can be obtained by sending e-mail
to queue-request@noao.edu. There are no restrictions; anyone is welcome
to apply. Deadline is April 30, 1993. For a general information package
about the pilot program, send e-mail to queue-info@noao.edu
