V795 Cyg
    The outburst of this dwarf nova is confirmed using CCD (+B,V,I filters).
The star looked on the TV monitor at about V=12.6 (sequence: GSC) at 
Nov. 25.39UT.   Bright maximum!  Short run (hour angle limit is not large
enough) of high-speed CCD photometry is undertaken.
